Our Service Level Standard
The User Support Services Help Desk is committed to high quality service and technical support while acting as the single point of contact to resolve all academic computer needs.
All Help Desk specialists have been trained to ensure rapid, effective resolution for a wide variety of computer problems. We will make every attempt to resolve problems right away. Some problems cannot be handled immediately. In such cases, the Help Desk will escalate to the appropriate people or departments. |
