area MUST be marked with WHITE paint before submitting this request.
The above request form is for spotting UTB/TSC owned
telecommunication infrastructure. The requestor is responsible for calling
Physical Plant at 882-5900 to mark spot UTB/TSC owned utilities other
than telecommunication lines. The requestor is also required by law to
call a spotting company to spot non-UTB/TSC utilities.
Even if the utilities were once marked at a location, one needs to have the
utilities spotted AGAIN if one needs to dig in the same location. Simply
referring to blueprints does not suffice.
Call

applies to any disturbance of the soil by "any means."
