PLEASE READ ALL OF THE POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS BELOW.

An agreement is in place with Microsoft that allows UTB/TSC students, faculty, and staff to purchase certain Microsoft products at a discounted rate. 

You may purchase only one copy of the listed software items and use it for one installation Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm from the User Support Services department located in the Library room 211.  After 5:00pm and on weekends, you may purchase the software at the Library’s Circulation desk located at the entrance of the library.

Sales can only be made to students that are enrolled in a for-credit class that is in session on the day of purchase.   Sales cannot be made during semester breaks.   Students must be enrolled in a UTB course.   If you are enrolled in a course from another university, please contact them to arrange the software purchase.

Software Licensing requirements for Staff & Faculty

Full-Time Faculty

• Must complete and sign Microsoft License Agreement
• Must be a current full-time faculty with an assigned computer
• Must have Valid UTB/TSC ID card with picture and/or driver's license
• Software purchase for home use must be identical to software being use at work

• Must complete and sign Microsoft License Agreement
• Must be a current part-time faculty (provide proof)
• Must have Valid UTB/TSC ID card with picture and/or driver's license

Staff

• Must complete and sign Microsoft License Agreement
• Must be a current full-time staff member with an assigned computer
• Must have Valid UTB/TSC ID card with picture and/or driver's license
• Software purchase for home use must be identical to software being use at work

Student

• Must complete and sign Microsoft License Agreement
• Must be a current UTB/TSC student
• Must have Valid UTB/TSC ID card with picture and/or driver's license

Distance Education Students

• Must complete and sign Microsoft License Agreement
• Must be a current UTB/TSC student
• Must have Valid UTB/TSC ID card with picture and/or driver's license
